AFTER LANDING, THE PLT PROCEEDED TO TAXI TO THE RAMP AREA. WHILE MANEUVERING WITHIN THE RAMP AREA, THE PLT TAXIED THE ACFT INTO A CONSTRUCTION ZONE.
