THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND AFTER A STALL AT ABOUT 75 FT AFL DURING TAKEOFF. THE AIRCRAFT FELL TO THE GROUND AT ABOUT 4 DEG NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE.
