THE PLT ELECTED TO LAND THE BALLOON BETWEEN 2 POWER LINES. DURING THE LANDING, THE BALLOON IMPACTED ANOTHER POWER LINE THAT WAS INSTALLED ACROSS THE MAIN LINES. ELECTRICAL ARCING OCCURRING OCCURRED.
