THE PLT STRUCK HE MADE A NORMAL TAKEOFF & REACHED AN ALT OF ABOUT 20 FT WHEN HE LOWERED THE NOSE TO GAIN AIRSPEED. CINCINNATI LUNKEN ARPT, 16 MI AWAY, WAS REPORTING A WIND OF 8 KTS.
