PLT REPORTED LOSS OF POWER ON THE RIGHT ENG AT ABOUT 20 FT ALT ON TAKEOFF. THE ACFT VEERED RIGHT, THE PLT ABORTED THE TAKEOFF AND TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF RWY.
