WHILE PRACTICING HIGH SPEED TAXIING A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE AIRCRAFT OFF THE GROUND. THE PILOT ELECTED TO APPLY FULL THROTTLE AND PROCEED TO TAKEOFF.
