AS THE PILOT APPROACHED HIS DESTINATION, MALVERNE, AR, HE DESCENDED INTO HAZY CONDITIONS UNDER A CLOUD LAYER. AS HE CONTINUED, HE MISTOOK POYEN, AR FOR MALVERNE.
