ABOUT 450 FT FROM THE DEPARTURE END, THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. HOWEVER, THE AIRCRAFT SLID INTO A TREE AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRPORT MANAGER STATED THAT THE PLANE LANDED DOWNWIND AND BOUNCED AND PROPOISED DOWN THE RUNWAY.
