INVESTIGATION BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND DRUG ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL LOCATED COCAINE IN THE AIRCRAFT WRECKAGE. THE PILOT HELD AN INVALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
