NTSB Reports is an independent research and search tool for public aviation accident and incident records. It brings NTSB aviation reports, structured fields, docket files, extracted figures, photos, videos, and update history into one searchable interface.
The goal is practical safety education: make it faster to find relevant investigations, compare similar events, review factual records, and understand the evidence behind probable-cause and preliminary reports.
The investigative work and source records belong to the National Transportation Safety Board and the published investigation record. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NTSB.

According to the pilot, during the takeoff roll the airplane "started veering to the left." The pilot reported that he "applied full right rudder and did not have any response to the directional control." The airplane departed runway 23 to the right. The right main landing gear assembly folded under the airplane fuselage and right wing impacted the ground resulting in substantial damage. An examination of the airplane's systems revealed no anomalies.

According to the Pilot Operator Aircraft Accident Report Form (6120.1/2) submitted by the pilot, during the takeoff roll the airplane "started veering to the left." The pilot reported that he "applied full right rudder and did not have any response to the directional control." The airplane departed runway 23 (8,800 feet by 100 feet, asphalt) to the right. The right main landing gear assembly folded under the airplane fuselage and right wing impacted the ground. The fuselage was wrinkled, and the right wing was crushed and bent aft. An examination of the airplane's systems revealed no anomalies.
