On April 29, 2008, at approximately 0900 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a single engine Cessna T310Q, EC-DZV, was destroyed upon impact with terrain while maneuvering in the traffic pattern at Cuatro Vientos airport (LECU), Madrid, Spain. The flight instructor and flight evaluator were fatally injured. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Comision de Investigacion de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviacion Civil of Spain (CIAIAC).
