On August 17, 2008, at 1038 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 402C, registrations G-EYES, and a Rand KR-2, registration G-BOLZ, collided mid-air while on approach to land at the Coventry Airport (EGBE), Coventry, England. All four persons onboard the Cessna 402 were fatally injured as was the sole occupant of the Rand KR-2.
