On October 28, 2008, about 1040 local time, a Piper PA-34-200T, Columbian registration HK-2446, operated by Aeroexpreso Del Pacifico, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from Reyes Murillo Airport, Nuqui, Columbia. The accident site was located approximately 3 kilometers south of the departure airport. The two crew members were seriously injured. Four passengers were killed, and the other passenger was seriously injured. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the Government of Columbia.
