On December 18, 2008, at 0810 universal time coordinated, a Piper Aircraft, PA-31T, LV-MYX, operated by Aviacenter SA, impacted the ground a few minutes after takeoff from San Fernando Airport (SADF), Buenos Aires, Argentina. Visual flight rules prevailed. The airplane was substantially damaged. The two pilots were killed. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Argentina.
