On February 4, 2011 about 1449 UTC, OD-SKY, a Hawker Beechcraft HS-850XP, registered to Club Aviation S.A.L and operated by Sky Lounge services S.A.L., crashed during the initial takeoff climb at Suliamaniyah International Airport, Iraq. The 3 crew members and 4 passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was destroyed and there was a post crash fire. The flight was destined for Istanbul, Turkey. The investigation is being conducted by the Iraq Civil Aviation Authority. A U.S. Accredited Representative has been appointed as the state of design and manufacture of the airplane and engines. All inquiries on this investigation should be directed to the Iraq Civil Aviation Authority at: Directorate of Flight Safety General Establishment of Civil Aviation P.O.
