A cabin crew member received serious injuries. The flight originated at Johannesburg, South Africa and the destination was Doha, Qatar. An investigation has been instituted by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority. As the State of manufacture, a US Accredited Represented has been appointed for the investigation.
