On August 24, 2012, about 2000 universal coordinated time, a Gulfstream G-164B, Venezuelan registration YV264A, registered to Fumiwan C.A, was substantially damaged when it impacted terrain during an aerial application. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight originated from a small airfield in Calabozo, Venezuela. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Venezuela.
