On April 22, 2012, at about 12:35 local time, a Shaheen Boeing 737-400, registration number AP-BJN, operating as flight NL122 from Islamabad (ISB) to Karachi (KHI), Pakistan had the left main landing gear collapse upon landing KHI. It is reported that there is minor damage to the airplane resulting from the collapsed gear. The Pakistan Safety and Investigation Board (SIB) is investigating this event. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
