On November 13, 2012, at 1205 coordinated universal time, a Swearingen Fairchild SA-226-TC, Spanish registered EC-JYC, operated by Zorex.org, sustained minor damage during the takeoff roll from the Murcia-San Javier Airport (LELC), Murcia, Spain. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The pilot and two crew members were not injured. The positioning flight was originating at the time of the incident and was en route to Huesca-Pirineos Airport (LEHC), Huesca, Spain. The Spanish investigators received reports that during the takeoff run from runway 05, the airplane encountered a problem steering the main landing gear. The airplane departed the left side of the runway. The incident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Spanish government.
