On April 26, 2013, about 1215 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 210L, Brazilian registration PR-LJI, operated by Brabo Taxi Aereo Ltda., was substantially damaged during a forced landing while on approach to the Brigadeiro Protasio de Oliveira Airport (SBJC), Belem, Brazil. The pilot and one passenger were fatally injured. Two passengers were seriously injured, and four passengers sustained minor injuries. The flight originated from the Fazenda Santo Ambrosio Airport (SISO), Chaves, Brazil. This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
