On June 30 2013, at 0920 coordinated universal time a Gulfstream GA-7, Swedish registration SE-MBO, owned and piloted by the private individual, was destroyed when it impacted terrain under unknown circumstances near Veberod, Sweden. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight originated from Kristianstad, Sweden, with an intended destination of Sturup, Sweden. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Swedish government.
