On June 28, 2013, at 1330 coordinated universal time, a Cessna T210N, Mexican registration XB-MSN, owned by a private individual, was destroyed when it impacted terrain under unknown circumstances near Ixchiguan, Guatemala. The pilot and five passengers were fatally injured. The flight originated from Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, with a destination of Puebla, Mexico. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Guatemalan government.
