On June 10, 2013, at 1726 eastern daylight time, a Beech model 100 (King Air 100), Canadian registration C-GJSU, serial number B-88, experienced a dual loss of engine power and collided with terrain about 1/2 mile west of St-Mathieu-De-Beloeil Airport (CSB3), St-Mathieu-De-Beloeil, Canada. The pilot and three passengers sustained minor injuries. The airplane was registered to and operated by Aviation Flycie Inc. Day visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the local flight that departed from Montréal/St-Hubert Airport (CYHU), Longueuil, Canada, at 1701. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Government.
