On October 11, 2013, at 1900 universal coordinated time, a Bell 407, Argentinian registration LQ-BHT, impacted power lines after takeoff near Gobierno, in the province of San Juan, Argentina. The pilot and three passengers were injured and one passenger was fatally injured.
