The Mexican Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A300 operated by United Parcel Service (UPS), that occurred on June 1, 2014. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of the Operator.
