On November 19, 2014, at 0524 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 152, VT-EUE, collided with the ground shortly after takeoff from Indore Airport, India. The airplane was operated by the Madhya Pradesh Flying Club under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of India. The two pilots on board were fatally injured and the airplane was substantially damaged. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of India.
