On December 2, 2014, about 0250 universal coordinated time, an Ayres Trush, S2R-T34, PK-ELR, ditched in the sea under unknown circumstances. A tail wheel tire, elevator, both main landing gears, and some personal equipment were located 1 mile from the coastline of Kema Village, Manado, Indonesia. The airplane was operated by PT. Elang Nunsantara Air under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of Indonesia. The airplane was destroyed, and the pilot, and the engineer are presumed fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Indonesia. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by the Government of Indonesia.
