On January 14, 2015, about 1050 universal coordinated time, a Cessna A188B, Brazilian registration PT-FFH, was substantially damaged when it collided with a utility pole during an aerial application flight near Baixa Grande do Ribeiro, Brazil. The foreign certificated pilot was fatally injured. The local aerial application flight departed a nearby farm and was operated under Brazilian flight regulations. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
