On January 10, 2015, about 2105 universal coordinated time, an Embraer EMB-710C, Brazilian registration PT-NAB, was substantially damaged when it impacted a residence, after experiencing a loss of engine power during the initial climb after takeoff from the Luziania Airport (SWUZ), Luziania, Brazil. The pilot and one passenger were fatally injured, and a copilot and one passenger were seriously injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the local personal flight that was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
