On March 25, 2015, at approximately 0730 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a Boeing 737-683, Norwegian registration LN-RPA, operated by Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS), experienced a pitch control problem while landing on Runway 01R at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, Norway (ENGM). The investigation is being conducted by the Accident Investigation Board Norway (AIBN). As the state of manufacture of the airplane, the NTSB has designated a U.S. Accredited Representative under the provisions of Annex 13 to the Convention on Civil Aviation to assist the AIBN in their investigation.
