On July 17, 2015 about 1615 UTC, a 3Xtrim 450 Ultra, light sport airplane, Poland registration SP-SPRL, impacted terrain while on a sightseeing flight near Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland. The pilot was seriously injured and the passenger was killed. The airplane was destroyed. Visual Meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The local flight departed from an airfield near Macikowo, Poland. This Investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Polish government.
