The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a British Aerospace BAe-146, which occurred on August 16, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture of aircraft components. All investigative information will be released by the AAIB.
