On November 11, 2015, about 1930 universal coordinated time, an Air Tractor AT502B, Brazilian registration PR-RSA, was destroyed when it impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from Balsas Airport, Balsas Brazil. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Aeronautical Accident Prevention and Investigation Center (CENIPA) of Brazil.
