On March 21, 2016 , about 1320 Local Time, a Cirrus SR22 airplane, Japan registration number JA01YK, operated by the pilot, sustained minor damage following a fracture of the nose landing gear strut during landing at the Kagoshima Airport, Japan. The pilot and four passengers were not injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Japan.
