On May 12, 2016, about 2330 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Cessna 550, Venezuelan registration YV589T, veered off the runway during landing roll and was substantially damaged at the Oscar Machado Zuloaga Airport (SVCS), Charallave, Venezuela. The two flight crew and one passenger were not injured. The flight originated from La Chinita Airport (SVMC), Maracaibo, Venezuela. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Venezuela.
