On June 21, 2016, about 1939 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Beech 200C, Peruvian registration OB-2104-P, operated by Aerolinea Del Caribe Peru, sustained minor damage during a runway excursion, after landing on Runway 15 with a malfunctioning landing gear system, at Jorge Chavez International Airport (SPJC), Lima Peru. The pilot, copilot, and passenger, were uninjured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Peru.
