The Japan Transport Safety Board has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Bombardier CL-600-2C10, JA06RJ, which took off from Fukuoka Airport at 07:48 local time to Komatsu Airport and during return back to Fukuoka Airport due to weather condition of destination, engine air bleed bulb failure massage and cabin pressure message indicated. The captain declare an emergency and landed at Fukuoka Airport at 10:08. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Japan Transport Safety Board investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the bleed air temperature sensors. All investigative information will be released by the JTSB.
