On July 23, 2016, at 1910 coordinated universal time, a Cessna TU206G, Columbian registration HK2787, was substantially damaged following an in-flight loss of engine power and subsequent forced landing in the Municipality of San Martin, Colombia. The pilot received minor injuries and the five passengers received serious injuries. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Colombia.
