The Swiss Accident Investigation Board (SAIB) of Switzerland has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Schweizer Aircraft Corporation 269 helicopter, HB-ZLB, that occurred on September 13, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the SAIB under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Switzerland.
