On September 30, 2016, about 1705 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 208B, Colombian registration HK3804, was substantially damaged when it impacted high terrain near San Antonio De Prado, Colombia. One of the Colombian certificated pilots and three of the passengers were fatally injured. The other pilot and five passengers were seriously injured, and one passenger was uninjured. The flight departed Medellin (SKMD), Colombia, about 1655, and was destined for Juradó (SKJU), Colombia.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Investigación de Accidentes Aéreos Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia.
