On October 23, 2016, about 1030 coordinated universal time, a Robinson R44 helicopter, Russian registration RA-04347, was destroyed when it impacted terrain in the Baleisky district, in eastern Siberia, Russia, while en route from Zolotorechensk Airport to Jalal-Kadai Airport. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Interstate Aviation Committee of Russia.
