On September 22, 2016, about 2210 universal time coordinated, a Beech E55, Brazilian registration PR-DTA, was destroyed when it impacted terrain near Campinapolis, Brazil. The airplane departed the Santa Genoveva Airport (SBGO), Goiana, Brazil, and was destined for the Adolino Bedin Regional Airport (SBSO), Sorriso, BrazilThe pilot and three passengers were fatally injured.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Brazilian government.
