On November 23, 2016, about 2000 coordinated universal time, a Cessna TU206G, Colombian registration HK2659, was substantially damaged during a forced landing near Vanguardia Airport (SKVV), Colombia. The Colombian certificated pilot and two of the passengers were uninjured, one passenger sustained serious injuries, and one of the passengers was fatally injured. The flight departed La Macarena Airport (SKNA), La Macarena, Colombia, and was destined for SKJU.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Investigación de Accidentes Aéreos Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia.
