On May 26, 2017, about 1200 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 172M, Ukrainian registration UR-WTA, was substantially damaged when it impacted a one-story building after takeoff from the Pivtsi Airport, Chernihiv, Ukraine. The pilot was fatally injured.
