The India Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 747-200 which occurred on August 26, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the ATSB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of design and manufacture of the airplane and engines. All investigative information will be released by the AAIB.
