The Ministry of Transport of the State of Israel, has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Sikorsky S-300C, registration 4X-BIM, that occurred on August 28, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the helicopter. All investigative information will be released by the Israeli Ministry of Transport.
