On September 11, 2017 about 1400 coordinated universal time, a Britten Norman BN2-A, Venezuelan registration YV1441, was landing at San Salvador de Paul, Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela, when it struck and fatally injured a child who was on the runway. The pilot was not injured and the airplane was not damaged. The airplane had departed Tomas de Heres (SVCB), Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Venezuela.
