On October 11, 2017, about 1600 universal coordinated time, a Cessna U206G, Brazilian registration PT-LSC, was destroyed when it collided with a tree during takeoff near Itaituba, State of Para, Brazil. The pilot was fatally injured, and one passenger sustained minor injuries.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Brazilian government.
