On June 6, 2018, about 1100 UTC, a Cessna 525A airplane, German registration D-IULI, had a runway excursion on landing at the La Môle – Saint-Tropez Airport (LFTZ), La Môle, France. Two of the three occupants inside the airplane sustained serious injuries. The airplane sustained substantial damage during the runway excursion. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the French government. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by or obtained from the French Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses (BEA) pour la sécurité de l'aviation civile. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the BEA investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer of the airplane.
