On September 22, 2018, about 1615 UTC, a Cirrus Design Corporation SF50 VisionJet, N474CG, owned by Southern Aircraft Consultancy Incorporated Trustee, and operated I-FLY AG, c/o Aximos Treuhand AG, experienced an electrical fire in the air conditioning unit while landing at the Zurich-Kloten Airport (LSZH), Zurich, Switzerland. The two pilots and three passengers on board were not injured and the airplane sustained minor damage. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The foreign, non-scheduled cross-country flight originated at Mainz-Finthen Airport (EDFZ), Germany.This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Switzerland.
